We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout, which are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers integrated with Shopify. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Agave Tides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Jewelry Care & Allergies Disclaimer

Our jewelry may include materials such as sterling silver, gold plating, or other metals. While many items are described as nickel-free or hypoallergenic, individual reactions can vary.

Agave Tides is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or improper care. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and caring for jewelry as recommended.
