Are your items one of a kind?

Many of our jewelry and select pieces are produced in very small quantities. If an item is truly one of a kind, it will be noted on the product page.

Where are your products made?

Our collection includes items made in various locations. We strive to prioritize United States–based production whenever possible, use quality materials, and work with small-batch and handmade processes.

What does “Native Made” mean?

Jewelry labeled as Native Made is produced by Native American artisans in accordance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act. Artist and origin details are provided on the product page when available.

We currently only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Approved returns (when applicable) are issued as store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within a limited time of delivery so we can make it right. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
